In america NBC wanted a brilliant host,someone who wouldnt let any thing slip throught there fingers,after a long time looking they decided that the original is allways the best! Yes Anne Robinson was chosen to host the American version! The Show was one of the most publisized programmes in the world! NBC even had a giant billboard in time square of annes red face saying the ammortal words"you are the weakest link goodbye" the first weakest link in America was watched by thousands!! many people had mixed feelings about her,but never the less Anne has a 6 year contract with NBC to host the show,The show started off with Anne hosting the primetime edition and the daily link,but because off her other series in the UK Anne had to give it up Daily link and come home to England,NBC needed some new to front the show and they decided to go with George Gray, George was a forma host on junk yard wars,he also starred in a party of five! George may not be as mean as anne but he is very clever and very funny!
The weakest link was not chnged very much,there was a slight change to the logo and the set and bank balance was changed but the insults were just as horrible!!Unfotuantly the weakest link priemtime has been cancelled but the daily version with George Gray carries on!
